Germany made flash light with good quality parts. Body is in good quality with no scratches. Glasses are clean, body has no mark, however battery compartment cap has significant marks. Battery connector pins are bit rusty and sign of battery leakage in past. I have tested with duracell 4 AA batteries, it worked fine. My opinion - Not reliable, buy only for parts or as collection.
