The shutter on this camera does move, but at high shutter speeds, the shutter curtain may not open completely. The problem occurs at speeds of 500. When the problem occurs, the shutter curtain only opens partly, or not at all. Therefore, you will not be able to take a normal photo. I don't think there will be any problems with other shutter speeds. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
