the camera main unit and action pod are brand new (replaced through warranty) both were tested and confirmed working by the warranty team the accessories (primarily the tripod) have been lightly used but no signs of damage or wear and tear. the warranty is still active and there are 2 more replacements available through the warranty. accessories included are magnetic necklace/pendant, sticky mount, clip, spare lens covers (X3) and some sticky grips + charger cable and string SD card not included selling due to not enough usage
