The aperture and focusing ring are smooth and consistent. The aperture blades are clean and snappy to respond. There is no dust visible inside, the front element seems to have been cleaned and has a few small scuffs. I could not make these visible to the camera. This does not affect image quality - please see test images 4 and 5.
