This has been tested and is fully working* This has been tested only on mains so unsure how this will perform with a battery. A battery is included but cannot guarantee it will work due to age. No charger included. This was working fully then said a cleaning cassette is needed. So although fully working will need a cleaning cassette to get working again. Everything pictured is included.
