NIKON SPEEDLIGHT SB-5000 FLASH - DAMAGED / SPARES / REPAIR / FAULTY

"Err" is displayed in the bottom left corner of the LCD. I have tried this on a Nikon body with a zoom lens, in full auto mode, but when I zoom the lens the flash head does not move at all. The flash fires, but images recorded are all under-exposed.
