The Sunpak G 4500 Professional Flash Gun with Hammer Head is a high-quality flash unit . It comes with mains adaptor as pictured. I dont have a camera to test this on but I have test fired it via the adaptor and confirmed it flashes. I believe it is used for film camera photography, im not sure if it is compatible with digital cameras.
