Suntax 135 AF M camera flash. Hot shoe connection. Used with a 35mm film cameras, probably not suitable for digital cameras. Used on a Minolta 7000 auto focus SLR camera. No instructions, so I know little of how it works or what it is capable of. I just followed the details on the flash body and never had any issues.
