This is a vintage Asahi Pentax ME 35mm SLR camera. Not tested but it winds on nicely and focuses smoothly. There is a few signs of corrosion. Inside the the film section for example right on the corner. See photos. I am not a camera expert but I think with a little care this would be working camera.
